Continuing the Tradition

Sam Budrovich began the company in 1945, shortly after trading his mule for a grading tractor to use on the family farm. Sam was being hired by friends and family, alike, to level land and dig ditches. The steady growth of the family business mirrored the construction boom of the 1950’s following World War II. In the 1960’s, having purchased one of the first large cranes in the St. Louis market, Budrovich continued to be the leader in this ever expanding market by providing the most modern and productive equipment available at the time.

The company is now run by the third generation of Budrovich family members. But, even with the best equipment in the marketplace, we know the secret to our success lies in our relationships with customers, employees and the community.

Budrovich Continues to Serve the Community

For 40 years Budrovich has taken pride in giving back to the community. In addition to our flagship event, “Meet the Machines”, we support various Parents as Teachers programs, the USO, food pantries, schools, and help high school students achieve volunteer service hours.
